Who we are

NewFrame is a web agency from Ohrid, North Macedonia. This page explains what data we collect through newframe.dev and why.

The contact form

When you write to us we receive your name, email and message, plus the page and button you sent it from and the site language. We use them only to reply to you and prepare an offer. We do not sell them or share them for marketing.

Who processes it

Form messages are delivered through Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA), which forwards them to our email. The site is hosted on Cloudflare.

Visit statistics

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and stores no personal data about you.

In your browser

The site only remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme and whether you have already seen the intro animation. This stays in your browser and is never sent to us.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as needed to finish the conversation or the project, and then delete them.

Your rights

Under North Macedonia’s Law on Personal Data Protection you can ask to see, correct or delete your data — write to us through the form. You can also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency.
